The Village of Tilton is accepting applications for the position of part-time summer workers in the Public Works Department for the summer of 2023. Our summer season is expected to run May-August, however the time frame may be adjusted accordingly.
Applicants must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid Driver’s License.
Salary: $14.00/hour - Monday-Friday 7am-3pm (Extreme Heat Days- 6am-2pm)

Daily Duties:
- Mowing (Use of Zero-Turn Mower)
- Weed eating
- Landscaping
- Curb Painting
- General Maintenance Work
- Assist with Storm & Sanitary Sewer Activities
- Wash and service vehicles and equipment as needed.
- Perform other related work as required.
Experience (not required but preferred):
- Previous Experience Mowing with a Zero Turn Mower
- Knowledge and basic use of a weed eater
- Previous Driver Experience
- Ability to work independently. (Required)
- Ability to use small tools and machinery. (Required)
